Its initial mandate is to build disciplined budgeting, scheduling, vendor-management, and production-accounting systems for BISTI's internally developed slate. During this development stage, the focus is internal: refining workflows, assembling the right collaborators, and establishing the staffing, insurance, vendor, and delivery controls required for responsible production.

Any third-party services will be introduced only after those capabilities are in place.

Across that work, the aim is straightforward: pair genre storytelling rooted in the Southwest with clear planning, accountable production practices, and respect for the people and places involved.
