Original project campaigns
The following poster and landscape campaigns are concept artwork developed for BISTI, September–October 2026:
- The Broken Circle — mother-and-son march poster and landscape adaptation.
- W@tch_mE_DiE — portrait poster and landscape adaptation.
- MiNE — portrait poster and landscape adaptation.
- The Between — portrait poster and landscape adaptation.
These images visualize proposed creative directions. They are not production stills, historical documentation, depictions of confirmed cast, or evidence of location access. Concepts may evolve during development.
The Broken Circle · March campaign
The original march concept was informed by photographs of the 1974 Farmington civil-rights protests, including the Bob Fitch Photography Archive at Stanford University Libraries and a march photograph credited courtesy of Duane “Chili” Yazzie in the Durango Herald. The refined campaign also draws on the march photograph supplied by Shawn-Caulin Young, centering a mother and her son within an original, dramatized composition. The portrait adapts the supplied photograph’s family memorial sign as “HERMAN WAS MY FATHER” and includes “JUSTICE IN FARMINGTON” and “Justice Better Prevail!” once each. Shiprock’s silhouette was informed by a public-domain photograph by Annie Scott / USGS. The expanded crowd, street, distant landmark and fractured-circle motif form a dramatized composition, not a documentary record of the march or its route.
Company marks
BISTI Studios and Blue Cowboy Pictures logos are supplied company identity assets carried forward from the existing website materials. Blue Cowboy Pictures was involved in the initial development of select projects.
Typography
Nova Square supplies the studio display lettering, Source Sans 3 the supporting text, and Lora Italic the editorial accents. Space Grotesk supports the Blue Cowboy section. Young Serif carries the founder’s personal identity and Blue Cowboy’s headings. Special Elite is used for the W@tch_mE_DiE wordmark. The slate displays the original concept posters. Bodoni Moda and Source Sans 3 support project headings; these web headings interpret the poster lettering. The fonts listed above are distributed through Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License and served locally. MiNE uses Tall Dark And Handsome Condensed by QuickStick Productions. The creator’s freeware notice, included in the font file, permits personal, business and commercial use.
